It Is your responsibility to research and comply with local laws before purchasing THCA

edibles from our site.

We do not guarantee that our products are legal in your state or jurisdiction.

4. Orders & Payment

All purchases must be made using valid payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel

orders suspected of fraud or non-compliance with our policies.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All transactions are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or

exchanges (see Section 6 for details).

5. Shipping Policy

A. Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to states where THCA products are legal.

We do not ship to the following states due to THCA restrictions: Arkansas, Idaho,

Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

If an order is placed from a restricted state, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the

order before shipment.

B. Shipping Process

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier but typically range between

3-7 business days.

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

C. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Cannabliss

Delights is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address entry.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

D. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other

unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the

carrier. Cannabliss Delights is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If a package is lost in transit and not marked as “delivered,” contact us at

cannablissdelights8@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will

assist in filing a claim.

6. Return & Refund Policy

A. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are

final.

B. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you must:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at

2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

3. Allow us to review and, if applicable, offer a replacement or partial refund at our

discretion.

C. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

The order was canceled before shipment.

The product was damaged or defective upon arrival, and a claim was made within 48

hours.

The order was placed from a restricted state and could not be fulfilled.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We are not liable for any legal consequences if you purchase our products in a jurisdiction

where they are restricted or banned.

If an order is placed from a restricted state, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the

Delayed, lost, or undeliverable shipments

Legal consequences resulting from purchases made outside of Texas

12.Dispute Resolution Texas law encourages resolving disputes outside of court

through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The Texas Alternative Dispute

Resolution Act (Chapter 154, Civil Practice & Remedies Code) allows courts to refer

cases to ADR methods.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved under Texas law.

Disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If

unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Bexar County, Texas.
